We will be conducting Coaches Workshops with practical training sessions for coaches.

Our first session for 2024 is on Saturday 9th March 2024 at Heffron Park from 9.00am to 11.00am. All RRNC coaches and anyone interested in coaching is invited to attend. The workshops are free of charge as part of our development program. This session will be presented by Jo Williamson and will cover essential practical and theory information.

Please bring a pen and a clipboard/folder - we are giving out a Coaches Resource manual that you can take notes in. Wear training clothes in case you want to be involved in some drills.

We will run other specialised workshops through the season aimed at NetSetGo, Shooting Techniques etc.
